We hope you love all the pieces you ordered but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to make a return, below is our return policy and return shipping instructions. Please contact us at contact@ivyshaven.com if you have any questions or concerns.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to the boutique: Holiday Items, Makeup/Lashes, Accessories including Jewelry, Bralettes, Sunglasses, Hats, Gloves, and Scarves. Items discounted more than 20% off, including but not limited to, “End of Season” and orders with coupons used.
Rules & Procedures for returns:

Merchandise may be returned for a boutique credit only, when a return is initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. The store credit will be applied for the amount (DOLLARS) paid for the product. Credits will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges and discount credits including any coupons/loyalty coupons.
- If it is damages or issues with the product when it delivers, please email contact@ivyshaven.com before you return it back.

We cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory.

Any item labeled FINAL SALE, DOORBUSTERS, MYSTERY, UNDER SALE SECTION, ANYTHING MORE THAN 20% OFF COUPON is not eligible for return.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 14-day window.

Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached (if item arrived with tags), and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and perfumes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. Those do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.
How to make a return:

Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.

Complete the Return Form (located on the back) and include it, along with your packing slip, with your returned merchandise.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. A full store credit will be issued in your account.
Order Cancellation
If you opt to cancel an order prior to the shipping of your goods an 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all processing fees. Also, once it is processed (label printed), it cant be cancelled.
